Associate Manager - HR Shared Services

📋 Description

• Respond to complex employee and manager queries related to the employee lifecycle and
• Lead and support HR operational activities, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery
• Collaborate with HR teams (HRBPs, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll) to resolve requests and
• Monitor team performance, workflows, and service levels, driving continuous improvement
• Coach and support team members, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Analyze reports and identify opportunities to improve HR processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or people management role.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, Bulgarian National Revenue Agency requirements, and
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and driven by a digital and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and people leadership skills.
• Experience managing the employee lifecycle and HR operations.
