Associate Manager - HR Shared Services

📋 Description

• Respond to complex employee and manager queries related to employee lifecycle and post-separation
• Lead and support HR operational activities ensuring accurate and timely service delivery
• Collaborate with HR teams (HRBPs, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll) to resolve requests and
• Monitor team performance, workflows, and service levels driving continuous improvement
• Coach and support team members sharing knowledge and best practices
• Analyze reports and identify opportunities to improve HR processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3+ years of HR experience including at least 2 years in supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes
• Bulgarian National Revenue Agency requirements
• Statutory compliance
• Proactive and solution-oriented
