🎯 Requirements

Prior team management experience (hiring, coaching, performance)
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
Deep knowledge of inventory metrics (DIO, in-stock rate)
Data analysis skills (Snowflake, brand selling accounts)
Experience with automation tools, scripts, or workflow automation
