📋 Description

• Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple concurrent product
• Track progress against critical paths, identify risks and blockers, and escalate issues.
• Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and sources of truth.
• Follow up with cross-functional partners on outstanding actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a CPG PMO or formal project management function, preferably in food and
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects or workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like Monday.com, Airtable, or comparable.
• Familiarity with physical product development, product launches, or cross-functional environments.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive and clear communication style with strong written communication.
