Associate Manager, Retail Analytics

📋 Description

• Analyze, mine, and aggregate data from internal and external sources—drawing actionable insights to
• Build and own cross-functional tools/processes that go beyond standard business reporting to
• Establish relationships between retail sales performance and causal factors such as changes in
• Provide pricing analysis and calculate ROI of retail promotions; make recommendations to merchants
• Create and manage reporting analytics for the Loyalty rewards program.
• Act as data and business expert for retail merchandising, operations, and marketing teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, data science, quantitative marketing, merchandising, or a
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Operations (or similar).
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel knowledge.
• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL) and business intelligence tools (i.e., Tableau, Power
• Ability to understand business operations and translate data into insights that aid decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
