Associate Manager (Statutory reporting, Acquisitions & Tax)

📋 Description

• Prepare and oversee statutory statements per standards.
• Manage audits across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with external auditors and local teams for audits.
• Ensure compliance with local filing requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor accounting standards changes and regulatory updates.
• Maintain statutory reporting calendars and trackers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Accounting.
• CA(SA)/CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years post articles in Accounting/Financial Reporting (CA(SA)).
• Strong IFRS and US GAAP knowledge.
• ERP systems experience (NetSuite/Oracle/SAP/Workday) advantageous.
