Associate Manager, Supply Chain

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end demand-to-delivery cycle, combining demand planning/S&OP and logistics/order
• Execute demand management process; generate consensus forecasts, co-pilot demand reviews with
• Optimize logistics strategy and oversee fulfilment and order management in SAP/ERP
• Manage vendor/3PL partnerships for service level and cost efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI performance across supply chain
• Ensure compliance with global forecasting calendar, SOX controls, and ISO standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years experience in demand planning and/or logistics management
• Strong business partnering and commercial acumen in matrix environments
• Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or related discipline; APICs desirable
• Proficiency in SAP, SCM/ERP, WMS, forecasting tools (e.g., Logility), PowerBI, and advanced Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to lead S&OP and drive fact-based decision-making
