📋 Description

• Act as main contact for Reference Data Operations with client services.
• Lead operational design and delivery of client offerings.
• Monitor quality and Right First Time delivery to improve client satisfaction.
• Manage and coach a team of Data Operations Analysts.
• Collaborate with other Operations leads to deliver client projects.
• Proactively communicate delays or risks to clients based on Ops input.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in operations and team handling.
• Proven leadership to manage teams and projects, identify talent and engage.
• Strong communication skills to convey requirements to stakeholders.
• Proven organizational skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Project management skills to scope requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
