Associate Manager, Wire Harness

📋 Description

• Lead electromechanical R&D and production support for LV Eng team.
• Hire, train, and manage mechanical and electrical engineers (FTE, contractors).
• Manage cable and harness design across multiple programs for long-duration storage.
• Deliver project plans and schedules with cross-functional teams.
• Establish processes, guidelines, and tools for high-quality deliverables.
• Travel 10-20% to Form manufacturing site for builds and re-works.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years harness design in HV battery/auto.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Knowledge of HV/LV distribution, EMC, CAN, LIN, Ethernet.
• Familiarity with Zuken E3 and SolidWorks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across dispersed teams.
• First principles mindset; ability to manage multiple priorities.
