Associate Marketing Coordinator (Chicagoland Area)

📋 Description

• Assist with organizing and executing regional events.
• Manage multiple priorities during event planning.
• Ensure deadlines for event activities, logistics and promos.
• Assist with managing event supplies and shipping.
• Collaborate to promote events using Marketo and drive registrations.
• Coordinate regular updates with marketing and regional sales.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in event marketing.
• Marketo, Eventbrite or related platform experience preferred.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office, Gmail and Google Cloud skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
