Associate Marketing Lifecycle Manager (Contract)

📋 Description

• Build, QA, and deploy email and in-app campaigns from brief to execution.
• Develop and maintain automated lifecycle workflows (onboarding, re-engagement, retention).
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging using player behavior and product data.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, and BI to align campaigns with goals.
• Monitor open rates, clicks, conversions, and retention; surface insights.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and segmentation; weekly reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and launching email and in-app campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation/CRM platforms (Braze, Iterable, SFMC).
• Strong attention to detail; catch errors before they go out.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborate across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• 2–5 years of lifecycle marketing, CRM, or related role.
