🎯 Requirements

Degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics, or Techniker/Meister with 3-5 yrs hands-on
Degree holders: 1-2 yrs experience
3D CAD modeling and 2D drafting with Autodesk Inventor
Prototyping, manufacturing processes, and materials knowledge
Build, assemble, and test hardware for product development
Initiative and structured problem-solving
