Associate Medical Director, Gynecologic Oncology

📋 Description

• Partner with Sr. Medical Director on cfDNA clinical development for gynecologic cancers.
• Direct clinical strategies and evidence plans, including MRD tracking and recurrence monitoring.
• Oversee medical education and scientific communications to providers (tumor boards, webinars).
• Collaborate with commercial/marketing to deliver data-driven clinical evidence and materials.
• Represent Natera at conferences (SGO/ASCO/ESMO) in person/virtual.
• Ensure scientific rigor and data-driven urgency across the oncology organization.

🎯 Requirements

• MD/DO with Gynecologic Oncology board cert; or Medical Oncology with gynecologic focus.
• Minimum 5 years oncology post-training; strong clinical R&D or diagnostics/pharma exp.
• At least 3 years of clinical trial experience in academia, biopharma, or diagnostics.
• Title/level commensurate with exp: Associate Medical Director or Medical Director.
• Deep knowledge of gynecologic malignancies and biomarkers (HRD, MSI/Lynch, HPV) and guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
