Associate Medical Information Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, educate, mentor, and manage a Medical Information team and enquiry handlers to deliver
• Ensure Medical Information services consistently meet quality standards, KPIs, regulatory
• Support the full delivery lifecycle of outsourced Medical Information services, including program
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying and implementing opportunities
• Contribute to business development activities and support the continued growth of Medical
• Participate in client audits and regulatory inspections as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Life Sciences; a healthcare-related degree is
• Professional fluency in English; Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, or Korean language skills are preferred.
• Experience in program management, preferably within a Pharmacovigilance or Medical Information
• Previous supervisory experience in a call center operation, ideally within Medical Information
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring, training, and line management.
• Strong critical-thinking abilities and a creative, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
