📋 Description

• Study Startup Support: Create, organize, and maintain study-specific medical writing and medical
• Protocol & Imaging Review: Review study protocols and imaging requirements to accurately
• Clinical Documentation: Create, update, review, and finalize Site Manuals, supporting forms
• Quality & Compliance: Develop and maintain Notes to File, protocol amendment impact
• Source Documentation: Create and maintain source documents and electronic clinical forms that
• Meeting & Project Support: Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, action items, and other

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Pharmacy
• Medical Writing Experience: 1+ year of medical writing experience is preferred; equivalent
• Industry Experience: 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research
• Scientific Writing: Understanding of medical, clinical research, regulatory, and/or scientific
• Clinical Research Knowledge: Familiarity with clinical trial terminology, clinical research
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint
