🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years relevant experience.
• 3+ years in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting.
• 2+ years with data tools (Excel, SQL, Python, etc.).
• 2+ years end-to-end project management.
• 2+ years designing/improving workflows and procedures.
• 2+ years with Lean/Six Sigma or Theory of Constraints.
