Associate, Merchant Acquisition - GrabMart

📋 Description

• Support the identification of merchant gaps and priority categories to strengthen GrabMart's
• Research, qualify, and maintain a pipeline of potential retail merchant partners.
• Coordinate the end-to-end acquisition process, from prospecting and pitching to onboarding and
• Prepare and deliver clear presentations that communicate GrabMart's value proposition to
• Support partnership discussions and negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial commercial terms.
• Develop customised proposals based on each merchant's business needs and growth objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition
• Preferably strong understanding of Quick commerce or E-commerce landscape, O2O (offline-to online)
• Communication: both Vietnam and English
• Experience to work as part of a team and dynamic culture.
• Experience in e-commerce or food delivery industry
