Associate, Merchant Acquisition & Sales Operations - GrabMart

📋 Description

• Identify strategic merchant gaps and categories to enhance GrabMart's supply coverage and quality
• Manage end-to-end retail acquisition from identifying prospects to contract signage
• Deliver clear presentations to persuade merchants to partner with GrabMart
• Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms for long-term partnership growth
• Develop customized partnership proposals addressing merchant needs
• Improve and standardize onboarding structures for a scalable activation pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition
• Strong understanding of Quick commerce or E-commerce landscape, O2O or grocery/fresh market
• Effective communication in both Thai and English
• Experience working in a team and dynamic culture
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex functions) for insights and tracking
