📋 Description

• Own the Active assortment strategy, ensuring the category delivers on Quince's promise of
• Leverage data and customer insights to build, optimize, and scale the assortment
• Identify whitespace in the assortment and refine product roadmap using data
• Use data for ratings, reviews, and return rates to drive quality improvements
• Own and maintain accurate product data in PLM and other internal tools
• Partner with Product Development and Sourcing to develop new products

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of apparel merchandising experience, Active performance apparel strongly preferred
• E-commerce or DTC with product creation experience preferred
• Proven track record of progressing within an organization
• Product obsessed with experience in leveraging data tools
• Critical eye to anticipate customer needs
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and analytical
