• Manage and negotiate contracts with assigned providers under standards and regulations.
• Analyze provider contracts to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use data analytics on provider finances and competitor strategies to guide negotiations.
• Meet defined metrics and SLAs for provider outreach and contract completion.
• Collaborate with the provider services team on servicing, education, and communication.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in healthcare client management, consulting, or provider contracting.
• 2+ years supporting provider network strategy and negotiating contracts.
• 1+ years of financial analyses on markets or product lines; cross-functional work.
• 1+ years handling large data sets such as claim files and provider rosters.
