• Manage and negotiate contracts with providers for favorable terms.
• Support reviews of provider contracts for improvements.
• Use data analytics on provider finances and competitors to inform decisions.
• Meet defined metrics and SLAs for outreach and contract completion.
• Monitor networks for compliance; develop corrective actions with leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in healthcare client management, consulting, or contracting.
• 2+ years supporting provider network strategy and negotiating contracts.
• 1+ year running financial analyses on markets or product lines.
• 1+ year navigating large data sets (claims and provider rosters).
• Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
