📋 Description

• Support day-to-day account coordination for customers.
• Monitor trading performance and highlight trends or issues.
• Prepare reports, summaries and analyses for discussions.
• Coordinate onboarding, handover and implementation activities for customers.
• Assist with customer training, product demos, and ongoing engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer activity and updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in account management or customer support is helpful.
• Strong organisational skills; multi-task with accuracy.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and spot trends.
• Clear verbal and written communication across teams.
• Collaborative mindset; eager to learn in a fast-paced env.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
