Build and maintain detailed operational forecasts for volumetric demand and resourcing needs
Support leadership in generating budget estimates based on forecasts
Collaborate with stakeholder teams to align forecast models with business objectives
Source and refine data for analyses with data teams
Learn the business and support planning discussions with stakeholders
Utilize tools and data platforms (Workday, Jira, BigQuery, Looker, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in operations forecasting
2+ years working with large datasets and delivering insights
2+ years SQL experience, or proficiency in R or Python with Pandas
Strong communication of reporting impact
1+ years experience with Google Sheets or Excel (VLookup, nested ifs, connected Sheets)
