📋 Description

• Converting the clients’ needs into internal work orders
• Close cooperation with operations and commercial groups to work more effectively with client
• Overall accountability for the timely and accurate resolution of client requests including direct
• Building positive relationships e.g., to effectively facilitate meetings, provide support and
• Contribute to solving elements of regional and global clients’ requests through collaboration with
• Support in deep dive for root cause for quality improvement, including quality meeting

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Turkish both written and verbal
• Fluency in English both written & verbal
• Very good end-to-end operational understanding
• Good understanding of the local market of the country
• Well-developed analytical skills and very good attention to details
• Proactivity attitude in recommending suitable solutions
