📋 Description

• Lead complex payer strategy and operational transformation engagements, from problem definition and
• Advise senior payer executives on enterprise priorities such as growth, competitive positioning
• Frame ambiguous executive questions, direct rigorous analysis, and synthesize healthcare market
• Guide the design of business cases, target operating models, performance improvement initiatives
• Provide senior oversight across engagement teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, effective
• Develop and deepen executive client relationships, identify emerging needs, and help clients

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with healthcare payers on strategic and/or operational initiatives
• Significant healthcare consulting or comparable advisory experience, with a track record leading
• Deep understanding of payer business models, healthcare economics, competitive dynamics, and health
• Demonstrated ability to shape and deliver enterprise strategy, operational improvement, or
• Strong executive presence, relationship development, stakeholder management, and ability to
• Exceptional analytical and hypothesis-driven problem solving, with the ability to translate
