🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in HR/HR Ops supporting an hourly workforce.
• Experience supporting manufacturing/industrial/aerospace environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, sound judgment, customer-focused, and improvement mindset.
