🎯 Requirements

2-4 years HR experience; at least 2 years in business partnership/advisory.
Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational environments.
Strong understanding of performance, ER, org design, and workforce planning.
Proven ability to use HR data and analytics to inform decisions.
