• Assist with technical implementations, e.g., WordPress plugin or embeds.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in customer success, account management, podcast ops, or related field.
• Customer-first mindset; enjoys solving problems and supporting partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful, curious, and eager to learn.
• Comfort with Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, Notion, GitHub, Google Sheets.
• Interest in using AI tools to scale a fast-growing company.
