Associate Principal BI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Own Fabric and Power BI platform end-to-end: admin, governance, security.
• Build data pipelines and access layer for BI and AI data agents.
• Set standards and architecture; bridge BI, IT, Security, and business.
• Opportunity to drive AI enablement across the business (Copilot).
• Remote-first role with global teams across NA, Europe, MEA, APAC.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years administering Microsoft data/analytics platforms with Fabric/Power BI.
• Deep Fabric tenant/capacity admin, workspace governance, and OneLake expertise.
• Build data integration pipelines and the data access layer for BI and AI agents.
• Experience with Entra ID, RBAC, Purview, and data governance/security.
• Scripting/automation using PowerShell, REST APIs; CI/CD for Fabric/Power BI.
• Able to translate business needs into data models and pipeline designs.
