  • Builder Mindset: thrive in ambiguity and translate technical AI concepts into business actions.
  • Analytical Rigor: strong strategic/analytical skills to quantify ROI.
  • Executive Communication: strong verbal and written skills; present to executives.
  • Curiosity: passion for the latest in digital CX and AI.
