Lead incident response engagements for industrial customers, onsite and remotely.
Serve as Incident Commander during active incidents.
Drive investigations to resolution, including root-cause analysis and remediation.
Conduct after-action reviews and update playbooks.
Deliver advisory services like tabletop exercises and maturity assessments.
Mentor teammates and act as technical escalation point.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of incident response and digital forensics experience.
Fluent in German, working proficiency in English.
Experience in ICS/OT cybersecurity and industrial environments.
Familiarity with EU/German OT regulations (NIS2, IT-SiG 2.0, BSI KRITIS).
Consulting or advisory experience, strategic guidance skills.
Willingness to travel up to 40%.
