📋 Description

• Oversee and maintain supplier onboarding programs, ensuring the process meets the business and
• Enrich the supplier experience by executing transformational initiatives that anticipate emerging
• Monitor supplier compliance to document operational health and improvements; communicate progress
• Collaborate with various teams to understand the requirements of the supplier risk management
• Manage project execution and tool implementation, providing detailed subject matter advice in the

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or advanced degree in business, finance, supply chain or related fields
• 8+ years of experience managing procurement programs and/or leading preferred supplier programs
• Experience managing supplier onboarding and risk management tools and processes, with expertise in
• Experience using data, automation, or AI tools to support decision-making
• Skilled in building relationships in a cross-functional environment and proven success in
• Highly analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
