Associate Principal Resident Engineer (Federal)

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Dragos Sales and Solution Architect teams to define Dragos Platform objectives.
• Partner with client teams on network architecture, sensor placement, and deployments.
• Tune, optimize, and monitor the Dragos Platform to meet objectives and ensure availability.
• Develop content, workflows, and provide troubleshooting; manage escalations.
• Provide knowledge transfer, training, and feature walkthroughs; document processes.
• Maintain client engagement by soliciting feedback and sharing product roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Must live within commuting distance of Washington DC and work onsite 5 days a week.
• Must have an active Secret security clearance (or higher).
• 5+ years of ICS/OT cybersecurity experience.
• Networking with IP, OSI, Purdue models, and ICS protocols.
• Experience with Linux (CLI), Docker, Python/Shell, SIEMs, and the ELK stack.
• Experience with on-premise and cloud solutions, and managing multiple stakeholders.
