• The Associate Principal leads small- to mid-scale, multi-discipline projects with growing
• Guide projects from programming through closeout, clarifying requirements and coordinating design.
• Improve TEECOM standards, tools, and workflows while documenting decisions.
• Mentor Designers and engineers, strengthening discipline capability and documentation habits.
• Externally cultivate client relationships and contribute to pursuits, interviews, and technical

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent.
• 6+ years in AEC or related with discipline capability (ICT, Security, Physical Security, Electronic
• Experience leading discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit; Bluebeam Studio; Microsoft 365; Google Workspace
• Industry certifications preferred: PSP/CPP, CDT, EIT, PE, PMP.
