📋 Description

• Lead forecasting, planning, and variance analysis for payment costs.
• Partner with Payments product to build business cases for new initiatives.
• Own financial modeling of payment volume and mix and P&L impact.
• Develop analytical frameworks linking KPIs to financial outcomes.
• Prepare CFO- and exec-level reporting and dashboards.
• Lead company-wide OKR performance management via Strategy Forum.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or strategic finance.
• B.A. or B.S. from an accredited four-year college.
• Excellent communication, able to influence senior leaders.
• Hands-on with SQL and modern analytics tools; AI-assisted analysis.
• Highly organized, independent, and end-to-end ownership.
• Mission-driven and eager to grow within SFA; team-oriented.
