📋 Description

• Lead small- to mid-scale multi-discipline projects with growing independence.
• Guide projects from programming to closeout; clarify requirements.
• Document decisions; ensure deliverables meet TEECOM standards.
• Contribute to TEECOM systems via GitHub; improve standards/workflows.
• Build client relationships with clear communication and follow-through.
• Mentor Designers and engineers to strengthen discipline capability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent.
• 6+ years in AEC or related professional services.
• Experience leading discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects.
• Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit; Bluebeam Studio; Microsoft 365; Google Workspace; GitHub.
• Ability to contribute to documentation updates, standards, and QA/QC via GitHub PRs.
• Certifications: RCDD (Telecom/ICT) preferred; PEng; PMP.
