Associate Principal - Telecom

📋 Description

• Lead small- to mid-scale, multi-discipline projects from programming to closeout.
• Mentor Designers and engineers; strengthen coordination and documentation.
• Contribute to TEECOM systems via GitHub, docs, and workflow improvements.
• Develop client relationships and support pursuits, interviews, and content.
• Lead design reviews, ensure clear decisions, and alignment with TEECOM standards.
• Maintain scope, schedule, budget; identify risks early.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent.
• 6+ years in AEC or related with discipline capability.
• Experience leading discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Studio, MS 365, Google Workspace, GitHub.
• RCDD (Telecom/ICT) preferred; PEng and PMP preferred.
• Strong engineering judgment and cross-discipline coordination.
