Associate Privacy Counsel

📋 Description

• Act as hub of global data protection program; own day-to-day privacy workflows.
• Shape core privacy operations, implement automated solutions, and build trust with users.
• Collaborate with Legal and cross-functional teams on privacy initiatives.
• Maintain privacy tooling and governance platforms (e.g., OneTrust).
• Coordinate evidence and assist with internal/external audits.
• Leverage AI enablement tools to automate queues and streamline workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant privacy experience (GDPR) in payments/fintech beneficial.
• In-house privacy team preferred; privacy consultancy/law firm experience valued.
• Familiarity with privacy platforms such as OneTrust is an advantage.
• Exposure to global privacy laws beyond EU (US CCPA/CPRA, etc.) beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, ownership.
• Excellent written/spoken English; strong drafting/communication skills.
