Support senior producers in maintaining and adjusting operations schedules.
Collaborate with print ops team, studio producers, and vendors to track schedules.
Maintain Smartsheet schedules, reports, and dashboards across Operations.
Provide project-level support to production teams (management, packaging, QA, localization).
Represent the needs of print operations with production partners.
Track and document production issues and risks, escalating as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years in project management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with print production, manufacturing, and process management.
Smartsheet knowledge.
