Associate Producer

📋 Description

• Lead and shoot content solo (phone-first, UGC, simple setups)
• Set up and operate camera, lighting, and audio on shoots
• Direct and coach creator talent on shoots
• Coordinate studio scheduling and equipment for concurrent shoots
• Partner with editors post-shoot to hand off footage with context
• Assist with studio and office operations — inventory and day-to-day readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on production or directing/coaching on-camera talent
• Working knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio fundamentals
• Organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces on shoot days
• Avid social media consumer with a real read on short-form trends
• Calm and solutions-oriented when shoots don't go as planned
• Eager to grow into a full Content Producer with practice
