Associate Producer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with agency partners and internal producers to identify risks.
• Work with cross-discipline leads to assess feasibility and resources.
• Execute social-led campaigns with budgets up to $250k; plan timelines.
• Identify roadblocks and propose solutions; escalate as needed.
• Serve as client-facing production contact with the team.
• Confirm trafficking, versioning, and metadata across pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ years in production (agency/production company).
• Willing to travel; evenings/weekends as needed.
• Production finance: budgets, vendor payments, timecards.
• Experience across social, digital, events, DOOH/OOH, PR.
• Union/non-union knowledge.
• Strong communicator; meets tight deadlines; highly organized.
