• Lead coordination across game systems, directors, and teams.
• Build and maintain schedules, roadmaps, and tracking reports.
• Manage day-to-day operations: define, prioritize, and track tasks.
• Conduct build reviews with Directors to assess progress and quality.
• Collaborate with other producers and directors to improve processes.
• Assume people management for a multidisciplinary team.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in game production; managing PMs or leads.
• Ability to manage complex work across multiple disciplines.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to translate complex creative work into an actionable roadmap.
• Excellent communication that inspires confidence.
• Nice to have: experience on multiplayer or melee titles.
