Associate Producer, Manifold

📋 Description

• Support live events, brand activations, and conferences from planning through onsite execution and
• Work closely with Producers, Account, Creative, Strategy, and Operations, while providing key
• Track project deliverables, timelines, and action items across all phases, including pre-program
• Maintain production schedules, milestone trackers, run-of-show documents, and organized shared
• Assist with tracking estimates, invoices, expenses, purchase orders, and vendor documentation to
• Research and source vendors, assist with bids and contracts, and manage basic vendor logistics

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, meetings & events
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
• Proactive approach to problem solving—you see what needs to happen and take action
