Associate Product Developer, Accessories

📋 Description

• Develop accessories styles from concept through production.
• Own assigned styles and development tasks with guidance from Manager.
• Collaborate with Design, Tech Design, Materials, Production and Color teams.
• Manage style development tracking, seasonal WIPS and milestones.
• Maintain PLM data including style pages, BOMs, and cost sheets.
• Review cost sheets and identify cost/margin improvement opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in product development, preferably in accessories.
• Understanding of socks and knits is a plus.
• Knowledge of product construction, testing protocols, and lifecycles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and urgency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and vendor relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PLM systems.
• Self-starter with multi-tasking skills for ongoing projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
