📋 Description

• Assist Product Managers in researching customer needs, market trends, and competitive products to
• Support the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including user stories, feature
• Help gather and organize customer feedback from sales, support, and other internal teams to
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with engineering, design, QA, and other teams to learn the
• Assist in maintaining product roadmaps, project timelines, and internal product updates to ensure
• Provide coordination support for product launches, including helping prepare internal materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in product management, product operations, business analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document ideas
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design
• Demonstrated curiosity about customer needs, technology products, and market trends.
