Associate Product Manager

📋 Description

• Support product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch management.
• Gather and analyze input from cross-functional teams to guide product decisions.
• Develop product requirements, technical docs, platforms, and launch materials.
• Conduct product, market, pricing, and competitive research; provide recommendations.
• Participate in product testing, validation, and quality improvement; summarize results.
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, margins, and competitive positioning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of product management, product development, marketing, or related experience.
• Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating sales, market, competitive, quality, or customer data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Basic knowledge of product development processes, lifecycle management, and new product introduction activities.
