Associate Product Manager

📋 Description

• Support product lifecycle activities from concept through launch, commercialization, and post-launch management.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize input from cross-functional teams to support product decisions.
• Assist in developing product requirements, technical documentation, platforms, and launch materials for new and existing products.
• Conduct product, market, competitive, pricing, sales, and customer research; analyze findings and provide recommendations.
• Participate in product testing, validation activities, and quality improvement initiatives; compile data and summarize results.
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, margins, and competitive positioning to support business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of product management, product development, marketing, or related business experience.
• Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating sales, market, competitive, quality, or customer data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Basic knowledge of product development processes, product lifecycle management, and new product introduction activities.
