Associate Product Manager

📋 Description

• Write clear user stories, rules, and acceptance criteria for AI features
• Collaborate on LOIS-powered capabilities (summaries, goals, AI analysis)
• Partner with engineering and UX to deliver intuitive software
• Groom and slice backlog for incremental agile delivery
• Conduct customer research and analyze usage data to inform decisions
• Support UAT and ensure quality before release

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in software product management or similar SaaS roles
• B.S. or M.S. in business, CS, information systems, engineering, or equivalent
• Interest in legal tech, generative AI, or complex workflow automation
• Agile/Scrum with backlog tools (e.g., Jira)
• Analytical with ability to use feedback and data to prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate needs into documentation
