Associate Product Manager - Advanced Insights

📋 Description

• Understand company strategy and connect to Product scope.
• Be the product expert for Advanced Insights, its reporting, and data sources.
• Deliver new BI features; improve usability and insights.
• Evolve reporting: rehospitalization metrics and quality measures.
• Update datasets; support state-based reimbursement needs.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, and UX; manage backlog (JIRA & Aha!).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, or healthcare field.
• 1–3 years in product management, health tech SaaS preferred.
• Familiar with Agile, Jira, and Aha! for backlog and roadmap.
• Experience with BI and data viz tools: Power BI, Tableau; React-based reporting.
• Knowledge of healthcare data: quality programs, reimbursement, reporting.
• Data-driven, cross-functional collaborator with strong communication.
