📋 Description

• Support day-to-day product operations, including ticket management, requirements gathering
• Collaborate with Product Leaders to gather business requirements and translate them into clear
• Coordinate with development teams, sales teams, and other business stakeholders to ensure effective
• Review call recordings and conversation transcripts to identify AI performance issues
• Analyze customer and internal user experiences to identify friction points and recommend practical
• Monitor key product performance indicators, identify trends and anomalies, and proactively

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently reside in the United States.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in product operations, product management, technology
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate confidently with
• Working knowledge of technical concepts, including APIs, system integrations, software development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to interpret data
